Terms
Terms of use
Last updated 19 Oct 2026
These draft terms describe how to read this website. They are a template for counsel, not a contract you can enforce today.
DRAFT template — to be reviewed by a lawyer. This is not legal advice and it is not in force.
The site is an inquiry desk
Sunday Atlas Travel publishes information so you can decide whether to ask us about a journey. Sending an inquiry, or using the chat assistant, does not create a booking and does not reserve a place.
A trip exists only when a written quote has been accepted and the hotels, transport and guide services that deliver your trip have been confirmed, on the terms printed in that quote.
Prices and itineraries
Prices on the tour pages are per person in USD for season 2027, by group size and hotel class, as shown in each table. They are not a booking: the quote we send confirms the price, dates and availability for your group.
Descriptions are written in our own words. We may adjust the order of visits if the weather or other circumstances call for it.
Quotes
Each quote is prepared case by case for your dates and group, and sets out its own terms and validity.
The quote, not this website, names what is included, how the trip is confirmed, and what happens if plans change.
Who is responsible for the journey
Sunday Atlas Travel plans your trip and arranges the hotels, transport and guides, prepares your quote, stays your point of contact, and writes the public descriptions.
What we are responsible for, and what happens if a day must change, will be set out in the quote and in any conditions counsel adds here later. This draft does not invent those clauses.
Visas, insurance, and fitness
You are responsible for passports, entry permissions, insurance, and deciding whether a route suits you. Check official government sources before travel. We do not state visa rules on destination pages.
Nothing on this site is medical, legal, or immigration advice.
Using the website
You may read the pages and send an inquiry for your own travel planning. Please do not scrape the site in order to republish the writing, and do not attempt to break the chat assistant or the form.
The site is provided as a static brochure while inquiries are connected. It may be unavailable at times, and details can change. Check the quote before you rely on a detail.
